Our in-store design service allows customers to have one-on-one consultations with our designers for free! Bring in all your ideas, pictures, and measurements to the store and our designers will develop a customized plan just for you.

Our in-home consultation allows your designer to tour your home, take notes and photographs—everything they need to make sure your space shines!
Next, you would discuss your vision for the space, traffic flow, lifestyle, color preferences and design style. At this time, you’ll also discuss the budget and timeline we need to respect.
This initial home visit typically takes about an hour depending on the scope of your project. Your designer will take the information gathered back to UBU to create and prepare a custom plan.
In-home design services cost $75-100 per hour.
We can customize most of our upholstery and leather furniture to be in hundreds of different fabrics or leather colors. Wood furniture color, finish, and size can be tailored to your personal style and is made to order.
It can seem overwhelming, but our designers are here to help every step of the way! We make it easy and fun to find the perfect mix for your home.
UBU will bring your furniture to your home, assemble it, and place it in your desired spaces. We’ll also clean up any packaging that comes with your item.
We’ll be in touch about details and how to make the process as smooth as possible.
ITEM DROP OFF
For a reduced delivery rate, your merchandise will be brought to your driveway, garage, or porch in boxes.
PICK UP FROM STORE
Come get your items from our loading area, between UBU and JCPenney. We don’t have a loading department so be sure to bring some helpers.
